Honestly? Hugh Grant as an Oompa Loompa is the one thing I've seen about Wonka that is legitimately funny. Something about the serious facial expression but obviously self-aware of how dumb it is at the same time.
Kind of like when people dress up little dogs in costumes with fake arms and they go running towards you all focused and shit.
Remember when Disney announced Wish as "their all-new animated feature film that explores how the iconic wishing star came to be," a question that no one asked, because it was a normal star Jiminy Cricket was singing about? Glad they retooled that idea.
Also, gonna reveal myself as a "still half-watching SNL on Sunday afternoons" guy when I say that Please Don't Destroy is the most I've felt at right angles to SNL in quite some time. Excruciating to sit through four minutes of these nepo babies and their friend screaming every episode. Now I know how the Kristen Wiig haters felt. (Also don't love Sarah Sherman, but that's for another day.)
I believe Eddie Murphy is swinging a Christmas light lasso, probably to rope your mother.

I'm enjoying Hugh Grant in his Character Actor era.
TRUER WORDS HAVE NEVER BEEN SPOKEN:
“Does anything kill your excitement for a big movie like ‘A Netflix Film’ emblazoned on the top?”
My eyes glaze over when I see the Netflix logo on a movie poster...
Conan is in Please Don't Destroy, I will watch!
Thought maybe Four Daughters was a remake of the 1930s movie, but maybe not.

Man! Driver loves doing his Jew & Italian Face schtick.
"Tom Davis is Bleacher" poster looks like the AI'd Jon Hamm and John C. Reilly into one person then threw on a Sweeney Todd filter
I really thought it was Mike Birbiglia, at first
Vince, have you see the trailer for Iron Claw?
