Gail Simmons seems like one of the coolest people on the planet. I hate saying that about someone whose reality is filtered through TV production and editing, but I bet she's a real one. Also one miss this season was that they didn't go to Banff, which is lowkey one of the best food situations I've ever stumbled across. It was impossible to get a bad meal.

After watching the most recent episode, Gail's answer of "a proper risotto" is pretty funny
Loved the insight into how their challenge meal is often the middle of the day, then they eat "dinner" then judge's table is at night.
