I really enjoyed Champagne Final Four's escapades to close the episode. Sarah's sprint was so party mom in Reebok's. And never seen Buddha quite so buzzed. Great catches by the production crew.
As close as it was between Ali and Tom, if the judges needed a tie-breaker I think the fact that they’ve really liked a lot of Ali’s food this season and...that hasn’t been the case with Tom, probably helped Finale Ali.
I hope Tom sticks to his word and doesn’t damn change.
That final dinner with the five of them seemed to have a palpable sense of Amar not being there.
Lol I was going to make the same "German in the streets of Paris" joke.
Can't imagine there's a Giants-over-Patriots–like upset brewing here. Buddha's just too good. He's a few episodes away from going down as the best contestant in TC history (though maybe not necessarily the best "Chef" per se).
"Genre-defining projects include Alcoholic Architecture, an inhabitable cloud of gin and tonic" -- hey, I would definitely like to inhabit a cloud of gin and tonic.
I trust you'll be writing up your TC dinner experience for us?

Didn't Buddha win his original season's food memory elimination by cooking a rustic, family-style pasta?

Buddha is the James Holzhauer of "Top Chef."

Hmm, I don't know. I think I want the gin and tonic to inhabit me, rather than vice versa.
I’m personally shocked we had a Tromp Pay Le Oil challenge and Vince didn’t even acknowledge Little Carmine: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=H4kafEzuUeI
